We're a plural system and sometimes we write about things we've learned over the years of trying to live together and treat each other well.

Our basic belief is that we all deserve equal respect, no matter our strengths, weaknesses or problems, and that we're all just trying to be okay, so we least we can agree on that. The rest is commentary. But we can talk a lot, so there's a lot of commentary.

These methods can work for many different systems and for people who aren't part of a system; some might also not work for you at all. We're just sharing what works for us.
