Grapefruit Grove Daisy

I have pulled out my Daisy Delight stamp set and punch for my card today.

I have a friend who is very ill at the minute and I needed a card

to send into hospital as she is not allowed any visitors.

I think the Natures Poem dsp along with Grapefruit Grove works perfectly

on this occasion.

The sentiment I have used is from the

Flourishing Phrases stamp set inked up in Grapefruit Grove.

I finished the card with some Nature's Twine in matching colour.

which I have tied in with the card to hold some candles.

Pop of petals!

I am sharing a card which will match my Tuesday Tutorial

(sneak peek below)

I have used:

Pop of Petals Bundle

which contains stamp set and punch

The card is grapefruit grove, the papers are In colours 6 x 6 papers

I used Grapefruit Grove ink pad and matching natures twine

The sentiment is from  Enjoy Life stamp set

It was stamped on Very Vanilla card layered up

using the Layering squares framelits dies

I found this lovely sketch to follow on Cards for Galz
which worked perfectly along side the box.

Masking technique card

Today I had a play with the Flourishing Phrases stamp set

and my new Grapefruit Grove stampin' pad.

I saw a lovely card on pinterest like this and wanted to have a try.

I stamped the flowers in grapefruit grove then made myself a mask

and went round each section using the mask and stamping the leaves

in lemon lime twist.

I then watercoloured the background using pool party stampin spot.

The sentiment is from the same set, and I stamped it in Grapefruit Grove as well.

Adding dimension

I had time to have a play with my new Share what you love bundle today!

I am super excited that you, the customer, will be able to buy this bundle

So for my card I went with the stamp set from the bundle called

Love What You Do

and stamped the flower and sentiment in

Lemon Lime Twist and Grapefruit Grove

I stamped the flowers out twice and raised them on dimensionals.

I used the Grapefruit Grove and a little bit of water to colour the flowers.

I really enjoyed all the stamping!!
