CAS

I started off making these angled card fronts using my scraps

and liked the design so much I did some Christmas ones

as well.

They are so easy and quick to make, nice and flat for posting

and BONUS, they use up your scraps!

I even finished off the insides like this one, changing

the colours and wording for the Christmas ones.

Happy Monday!

What a weekend we had, yes, weather wise again.

We had Storm Antonio visit us on Friday night and the rain and winds

were crazy!! We were leaving early Saturday morning to get to Dublin

airport and we had to change course twice because of flooded roads.

Have we caused this havoc?? Is it too late to fix things?

Seriously there is something wrong with our weather for sure.

Anyway, this is my card for today.

Not my style really but during a zoom team meeting we were challenged

to give this a go. It was pretty simple really, just nerve wrecking lol.

CAS for April

Happy Monday!

Today I am sharing my midway card for the challenge over at

STAMPING SENSATIONS

where the theme is anything stamped option CAS.

We have a lovely prize up for grabs so please come

and join us if you can.

For my card I have used Forever Fern  (reduced at the minute) and old olive ink

and blends. I stamped some little splashes around the edges of the leaves.

I then hand embossed a line around the edge of the card using my scoreboard for

some definition and finished with a stamped sentiment.

Very quick and easy and definitely CAS!

With our wee Squirt gone we now have a rat in the garden shed.

CAS at Stamping Sensations

Our new challenge for April over at

STAMPING SENSATIONS

is anything stamped option CAS.

I have gone with CAS for my card.

Not something I do a lot but we all need a challenge now and then.

I have opted for daffodils.

The back base is pretty parakeet.

I then stamped the daffodils and butterfly, coloured them with blends

and added some blue to the background.

I dotted here and there with a blue gel pen

and finished with the sentiment.

Plain and simple and definitely CAS.

Swirling Snowman!

Happy Monday!

Not long to go now!!

I have made a quick card today using some retired items.

I swirled some blue ink then stamped and punched the snowman

and added him using dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment in the top corner

and finished with some little gems.

Quick and easy!!

Peace to you

I made a few CAS cards for Christmas

Thankfully these were quick and easy!!

I even took time to do the insides, so they are ready to

address and post and super flat to keep costs down.

For these cards I have used the little notecards and envelopes.

The stamp comes from a beautiful set called

Peace to You

and I have gone with night of navy ink and card with a little bit

of bumblebee ink for the cross inside.

I also added a little line of glamour dust along the edge of the image,

but hard to see in my photo.
