Time for more pink!

It's time for our midway post over at

TAG-ALONG (and ATC's)

where the optional theme is

add a little or a lot of pink.

For my tag I made the background on my gelli plate

using lace and pink and white acrylic paints.

I then stamped some text using

Gorgeously Made stamps (SU).

I then stamped the blueberries using

Berry Blessings (SU) and green

and blue inks.

I then ran the tag through my sewing machine

and inked around the edges.

I stamped the sentiment onto a circle

and added some lace and

bakers twine for texture.

I finished with a pearl heart

and some natural fibres in blue.

For my ATC the background was made using

the gelli plate.

I cut my atc then sprayed it with

cosmic shimmer mist in deep pink.

I stamped the little girl and sentiment

using a set

called Silhouette Scenes (SU).

Then using Gorgeous Made (SU),

I added some text and stars.

Next I used some embossing paste (TH)

and a stencil from SU.

I inked up the edges in black to finish.

Colour challenge at Tag Tuesday

Our new challenge at

TAG TUESDAY

has been chosen by Valerie

and it's a colour challenge.

She wants to see you use blue and green in your tag.

I dug out some old papers called

Berry Delightful and cut at an angle, attaching it to my tag

with some blue ribbon.

I added some embossing to the top part of the tag.

The leaves and berries have been stamped using

Berry Blessings stamp set and some

granny apple green and pacific point inks.

The sentiment was stamped directly onto the tag

and it finished by stapling some of the same

ribbon to the top.

Berry Blessings at Tag Tuesday

Our challenge theme over at

TAG TUESDAY

is fruit and/or veg.

I have used Berry Blessings stamp set again

for this one. I went with a sideways tag for a change.

I had it all stamped, sentiment and all,

when I decided to watercolour the background!

Somebody stop me lol!!

It was then mounted onto some Berry Delight papers.

I used garden green, granny apple green and

pacific point inks.

Berry Blessings ATC

As I had my Berry Blessings stamp set out

I decided to make an ATC for my collection.

I have used garden green, granny apple green and pacific point inks.

I would like to enter this into

ATC Around the World - fruit and vegetables

ATC's with a heart - anything goes

My husband and myself spent the afternoon

clearing out a water drain after the last deluge of rain at the weekend,

which washed a load of  mud and debris down the drain.

It took us hours and today the rain and wind

is undoing all our hard work!

The air will be blue tomorrow 😐😈😂
