The communal multi-tasking app built for growing companies, personal and family use. NotesnChat was created to introduce privacy and security in an organizational sharing application. It brings back confidence to our end users to insure your information and thoughts are secure while sharing with others or for personal use. NotesnChat is an independent provider operating through our own private servers. Our application offers free calling, video, and chat services, along with a dedicated Task/calendar reminders, notes, and folders and document scanning. Tasks and notes have independent live chat and an extra layer of protection called ghost lock. Our core inner workings are subscription based with zero ads and involve data sharing with other subscribers, giving 256 bit encryption to our end user. NotesnChat also offers a PDF external sharing option that allows you to share with anyone that does not have Notesnchat via text, emails, social platforms along with other productivity apps with a simple tap making NotesnChat a great multitasking app.

Keeping notes and conversations together cuts down on context switching; simple, tidy idea for small teams and friends.
Bringing tasks, notes, and file sharing into one secure app is a great idea. Would definitely try
Useful with so many options. Obviously will try
So practical for uni tasks. Love the experience

Mixing notes with chat is interesting — can a note be shared into a conversation and stay in sync when edited?
@nckbrz Hi yes it can the chat is inside each individual note and task created and all syncs smoothly once that note/task is shared with someone a chat icon automatically appears in the top corner.
I love seeing more apps putting privacy first.
@islepassport Thank you that was one of my core structure to have while building Notesnchat
If two teammates edit the same task while offline, how are their changes reconciled when they reconnect? Useful to understand for remote teams with intermittent connections.
@GeneralManager_Getatext Hi yes once they reconnect to cellular or wifi it automatically syncs across all devices.
@rrealityy Thanks! What happens if two people change the same task offline: are both versions kept, or does the last edit replace the other?
@GeneralManager_Getatext Hi thanks for that question if both are offline at the same time yes the last edit will replace the other it is very rare that both will be offline at the same time but we are looking for a fix still.
@rrealityy Thanks for clarifying. Knowing the current behaviour is last-write-wins helps teams plan around offline edits. Good to hear you are looking into that edge case.
Unified notes and messaging finally feel native instead of forced. The collaborative editing here makes team communication actually productive for once.
@omribenshoham Thank you for our positive comment.
The note and journaling blend looks useful for keeping context in one place; a few template examples would help new users start quickly.
@nckbrz Hi Thank for you input we are looking at a more simple approach to on-boarding new users.
VOIP calls integrated with notes is powerful for meeting capture. Can you flip to a note during a call and share it in real-time with call participants?
@ashishdurgude Hi thanks for the question yes you can multi task create and share a note or a task while on a voice call also share via chat while on a call.
Interesting. I would love to explore more.
@gopal Thank you for your review
