Primal Humanness

It should come as no surprise to you that humans are more disconnected from nature than ever. The common solution to this disconnection is to ‘connect with nature’ through things like hiking and just generally being outside. For me, this is missing the point entirely.We humans are vital parts of ecology - a small but important part of the ecological web that we call ‘nature’. Nature is not something to be only observed, and we humans are not just simply observers of ecology, but inherently intertwined in it. At least, that’s how it has been for thousands of years...This epidemic of disconnection, this gap between humans and nature, has in my opinion created almost every issue that we currently face on Earth. When we humans no longer rely on the ecology in which we live, ecological destruction and environmental pollution are inevitable. The consequences of this disconnection are serious - no amount of money or political power will fix these issues. It’s up to us as humans to re-trace our steps back to a harmonious lifeway so that we may pave the way to a better future for the generations to come.I’m on a mission to explore all things primally human and to re-weave myself into ecology. Join me as I ignite my primal memory and bridge the ecological gap between myself and nature. I hope that my adventures inspire you to reconnect with your ecology.
