Ossama Chaib

Software engineer with experience building AI infrastructure and distributed systems. Studied CS at Imperial College London.

At Fitch Group, architected (code name) Alpha — a microservices platform that processes 1000+ concurrent financial models. Taught CS while building Gradient, a teaching assistant using multimodal LLMs.

Before that: GPU optimization at Imagination Tech, RL frameworks at Shell, built an Ethereum marketplace.

I want to automate everything so I can spend time doing things that computers and AI can't do: MMA, wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, TENNIS, cycling, watching Seinfeld, and playing Fortnite.

Recently discovered how much I love writing. Whether it be tech, AI, life, finance, industry shennanigans: my recent Nvidia/Groq analysis hit #1 on HackerNews!

I'm currently open to opportunities in AI infrastructure, backend systems, deep tech research, forward deployed engineering-view my full background and work.
