Using Orlyn

By creating an account or using Orlyn, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for any organization or website you connect. Keep your account and integration credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your websites and data

Only track websites and connect third-party properties you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your content, collection choices, required notices and consent, and compliance with applicable law. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, secrets, or sensitive personal information to analytics events. Do not use Orlyn for unlawful surveillance, impersonation, unauthorized access, or service disruption.

You retain your rights to the data you provide. You authorize us to process it to deliver and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You control website membership, optional customer identification, and public dashboard sharing.

Integrations and reporting limitations

Google, Polar, and other integrations are optional and subject to their providers’ rules and availability. Grant only the access needed and revoke it when no longer required. Disconnecting Google can invalidate other website connections using the same Google authorization.

Reports are measurements, not guarantees of complete traffic or financial accuracy. Browser blocking, missing events, anonymous identifiers, third-party limits, reporting delays, attribution rules, and timezone differences can affect results. Use payment-provider records for financial reconciliation. See the documentation for reporting definitions and limits.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Features, event limits, prices, and billing intervals are shown in your plan and checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed through our billing provider and renew according to the terms displayed at checkout until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the provided billing controls. Cancellation may change available features and history retention when paid entitlement ends. Contact support@orlyn.cc for billing errors or refund requests; applicable statutory rights are preserved.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain Orlyn, but interruptions and errors can occur. We may change features, fix defects, enforce usage limits, or suspend access for abuse or security concerns. We will communicate material service or terms changes where appropriate. These terms do not create an uptime guarantee.

Ending your use

You can disconnect integrations, delete websites, or delete your account in settings. Remove the tracker from your websites when you stop using Orlyn. Deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for material violations of these terms or when legally required.

Responsibility and disputes

Assess whether Orlyn is suitable for your needs and verify important decisions against appropriate source records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@orlyn.cc so we can try to resolve a concern before further action.
