I really loved the FOUNDATIONS package for a tune up after spending more time working together a few years ago. This (FOUNDATIONS+ package) was a great experience. I love that it was about overall nutrition, not just running-related nutrition. The meals that were customized were delicious and I didn’t feel like I was on a cookie cutter meal plan. Nancy provided a lot of science behind the fueling which helped me understand what I need to do to be successful on race day.
