Updates

  • We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first batch of patient implantation in the TRINITY U.S. Pivotal Trial of the LuX-Valve Plus Transvenous Tricuspid Valve Replacement System, performed at Montefiore Hospital in the United States. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the global clinical progress of LuX-Valve Plus and reflects Jenscare’s commitment to advancing innovative therapies for patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation worldwide. Dr. Azeem Latib, Montefiore Hospital, commented: “Performing the first case in the TRINITY U.S. pivotal trial is an exciting milestone for our team at Montefiore. The LuX-Valve Plus expands treatment options for patients who previously had limited alternatives due to large annular dimensions or poor imaging conditions. Dr. Edwin Ho and I believe the procedure is straightforward to learn and can be performed consistently across a broad range of patients. We look forward to enrolling additional patients and bringing this innovative therapy to those who need it.” LuX-Valve Plus is specifically designed to address the challenges of treating severe tricuspid regurgitation, particularly in patients with large annular dimensions or suboptimal imaging conditions, thereby broadening access to transcatheter therapy for a wider patient population. We will continue to expedite the progress of the TRINITY U.S. Pivotal Trial and to advance transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement therapy, benefiting more patients worldwide. #Jenscare #LuXValvePlus #TRINITYTrial #StructuralHeart #TTVR #TricuspidRegurgitation #Cardiology #ClinicalInnovation #MedTech #USPivotalTrial #Montefiore

  • We were pleased to participate in a live case demonstration at #CSI Frankfurt 2026, where the team from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen performed a transjugular TTVR procedure using LuX-Valve Plus. The patient was an octogenarian female with massive tricuspid regurgitation, permanent atrial fibrillation, significant right heart enlargement, and a large tricuspid annulus. Through detailed pre-procedural planning and precise implantation strategy, the procedure was completed successfully, with immediate imaging demonstrating excellent valve function and near-complete elimination of regurgitation. A sincere thank you to Dr. Ole De Backer, Rigshospitalet Copenhagen, imaging specialists, and the entire Heart Team for sharing their expertise and experience with the global community. We also appreciate the opportunity provided by CSI Frankfurt to facilitate valuable discussions on advancing transcatheter therapies for the “forgotten valve.”

  • Thank you to everyone who joined us at #SydneyValves 2026. It was a great opportunity to connect with clinicians and partners from around the world and exchange insights on the evolving field of transcatheter valve therapies At the meeting, LuX-Valve Plus TTVR was featured through live cases and clinical discussions, with experiences shared across a range of complex anatomies and post-intervention scenarios—including failed surgical repair (Valve-in-Ring), CIED-related TR, and patients with prior TEER. It was encouraging to see continued clinical interest and discussion around the system’s transjugular approach, multi-anchoring mechanism, and adaptive sealing design, supporting controlled implantation and stable outcomes in challenging patient populations. We look forward to continuing the exchange and advancing solutions for tricuspid valve disease together. #StructuralHeart #TranscatheterTherapy #TTVR #TricuspidValve #Cardiology #MedTech #InterventionalCardiology

  • Great to be part of #TCTLATAM 2026 in São Paulo, where real-world applications of transcatheter valve therapies were in focus. A live case with LuX-Valve Plus demonstrated TTVR in an 82-year-old patient with massive tricuspid regurgitation following pacemaker lead-related complications, highlighting procedural planning in a complex anatomical setting. In the Ken-Valve “live-in-a-box” session, a structured, step-by-step approach was presented for a high-risk patient with severe aortic regurgitation, covering imaging assessment, deployment strategy, and immediate hemodynamic outcomes. Encouraging to see how standardized workflows and accumulating clinical experience continue to support the broader adoption of transcatheter solutions across different valve pathologies. #TCTLATAM #StructuralHeart #TTVR #TAVR #TranscatheterValve #Cardiology

  • Live from #JIMGISE2026 in Rome — A live case the LuX-Valve Plus TTVR system was successfully transmitted from CHU de Bordeaux lionel leroux. The patient had massive tricuspid regurgitation with a severely dilated annulus, marked right-heart enlargement and multiple comorbidities, making surgery of high risk. A 30-65 LuX-Valve Plus was implanted smoothly, with device time being only ~20 minutes, no perivalvular leakage or periprocedural complications. Cases like this highlight the potential advantages of transcatheter therapies in complex anatomy and point toward a broader future role in treating patients who previously had limited options.

  • Honored to share a successful transjugular tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) case presented during the live session at #RiyadhStructuralHeart by the team of Prof. Jörg Hausleiter, Medizinische Klinik und Poliklinik I Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München. The patient was an 81-year-old male with torrential tricuspid regurgitation, permanent atrial fibrillation, severe right heart enlargement, and multiple comorbidities—deemed high risk for conventional surgery. After thorough Heart Team discussion, the procedure was performed using the LuX-Valve Plus system via a transjugular approach. Despite challenging anatomy, the valve was implanted smoothly under TEE guidance, benefiting from the system's septal anchoring, leaflet grasping mechanism, and five-axis steering design. The procedure time was under 40 minutes, with accurate positioning, only trace paravalvular leak (with pre-procedural TR grading being torrential), and no peri-procedural complications. This case highlights the potential of transcatheter solutions in addressing complex tricuspid disease and expands treatment options for high-risk patients.
