yeah i know i say this every update but its been a Week. I had a midterm, I'm turning in a paper that a page and a half into the first draft I realized that I needed a whole new primary source, so I've pretty much done the assignment two and a half times. Yeah that sucked. I keep seeing everyone start in on the Tony Stark Bingo, and its getting me pumped to tackle my own!! I'll be updating Resilient again - don't worry. I just had real life things to do and have been munching on a couple plot points for a minute

It's been a Week. I dropped that class that was stressing me out (thank god), my itk team won league championships, so that was fun. I went to a local con last weekend, so I've been very busy reading my 30 bucks worth of sale priced comics (Ironheart #1 being one of my happiest finds, though my variant cover of Tony Stark: Iron Man #4 was also a happy find). I'm hoping to wrap up Resilient in another couple of chapters, though I'm hesitant to put any kind of time estimation on that because life all to often gets in the way.

The first week of the new semester was more trying than I thought it would be - and strangely enough so was trying to juggle three lit classes in one semester. Yeah, no. I'm dropping one, so hopefully the next 14 weeks are considerably less anxiety inducing. I meant to have chapter 2 of Resilient out by friday or saturday, but i was both stressed and had a con this weekend, so let's aim for wednesday or thursday this time around.

Ok so it turns out that getting your wisdom teeth out is a bigger bitch than I thought, and I've been fairly useless since friday morning. I spent most of the day friday coming off of anesthesia, yesterday napping, and today recovering. I'm working on getting the rest of the exchange fic as done as I can so I can post the rest pretty quickly after the reveal date, though I do feel bad for not having a complete fic. I'll be sure to do a less ambitious prompt next year, oops.

So, the 12 days of ficmas kinda got away from me, seeing as I had three days of christmases and then surgery, so if it's gonna get done this year it's gonna be some time in January.

I haven't finished anything yet, but I've done over 10 miles of hiking in the arizona desert this week, so there's that. I'm grinding hard on this exchange fic, mostly because the concept is running away from me and with every scene I write a few more need to happen for the story to make sense. Oops? Oh well.

I fly home back to Ohio tomorrow, so that should be about three hours of prime writing time on the plane. Then I've got the entirety of the 24th to dick around, then from the 25th through the 27th i've got a bunch of family christmases. And to top it all off I get my wisdom teeth out the morning of the 28th. Lets hope I can finish this fic in the next three days, or else I'm gonna be writing while in some serious pain.
