Membership Eligibility
Many government web professionals work in a vacuum with few peers or resources. The National Association of Government Web Professionals fills that void by sharing the collective knowledge and experience of hundreds of peers across the country. In addition, NAGW brings in web and technology leaders to share their perspectives and insight. NAGW places this knowledge at your fingertips through the mailing list and conferences. Membership is $225 annually per individual, and these memberships are non-transferable. Multiple agency memberships are also available at a discounted rate. Multiple agency memberships are transferrable to another agency employee for the duration of the membership.

Who Qualifies For Membership In NAGW?
Full Membership
To be eligible for full, voting membership in the Association, an applicant must be considered a full- or part-time employee of a qualifying local, state, or federal government entity as defined in Article IX, Section 6 and receive an annual W2 statement from that agency.
Associate Membership
To be eligible for associate, unpaid volunteers who manage or regularly update the website for a qualifying local government entity will be considered by the Board for full, voting membership on a case-by-case basis. It shall be within the discretion of the Board to grant membership without full payment of dues to persons who certify that they cannot afford to pay regular dues.
Multiple Agency Memberships
By purchasing memberships for three or five individuals at one time the cost of membership is reduced. Multiple agency memberships are transferrable to another member of your team for the duration of the membership. The following multiple agency memberships are available to any eligible membership organization:

Renew Your Membership
To renew your NAGW membership, log in with your NAGW credentials and visit the renewal page under the member section. If your membership has already expired, you will be directed to the renewal page immediately after logging in.
