Reading the Sunday newspaper this morning, I got to the comics section and saw this Doonesbury strip:

This strip made me laugh, especially when Trump’s caddy said, “Sorry, sir, I didn’t mean to imply you were an idiot.”

But the panel that made me feel disheartened was the one where the caddy pointed out that “Over half of your supporters don’t believe you ever kept classified docs — even though you admitted it.”

This is a perfect example of “willful ignorance” I complained about in this post a few weeks ago.
