The train clattered along the tracks
The children were happy as can be
Cheering and screaming with excitement
As the train made a big figure eight
Around the whole amusement park
Some parents squeezed into the small seats
To ride the train with their kids
Others stood on the sidelines
Waving and snapping photos on their smartphones
Creating forever memories etched
In the minds of both young and old
As the train clattered along the tracks
