I had so much fun creating this cozy winter card featuring the exclusive Sweater Season stamp and die set, a collaboration between Newton’s Nook Designs and Simon Says Stamp for STAMPtember 2026!

I stamped and colored the adorable puppy and kitty wearing their festive sweaters and topped them off with the cutest little winter hats. For the background, I used the Argyle Stencil Set, link blending the layers pink and green inks to create a fun, cozy sweater-inspired pattern.

I framed the design with coordinating red and black cardstock and added the sentiment “Sweater Weather is better together!” to finish the card. A few little embellishments add just the right amount of sparkle and bring the whole winter scene together.

Newton's Nook Designs - IG Hop Trick or Treat

It’s all about autumn and Halloween cuteness at Newton’s Nook Designs! I hope you’ve enjoyed all the reveals over the last couple of days. Here is my card for your inspiration.

Trick or Treat Halloween Card

For this card, I used the Halloween Words die set to create the bold Trick or Treat focal point. I layered the sentiment in black and purple to make it really stand out against the white circle.

For the background, I combined papers from the Halloween Basics Paper collection, using the fun stripes and polka dots to create a playful Halloween design. I added a few sweet candy pieces from the Halloween Dies Accessories Set around the sentiment for an extra pop of Halloween fun.

I finished the card by layering the focal piece onto a circle cut with the Circle Frame Die Set and added a Basics Frames Die Set layer to bring everything together.

This Halloween card is full of spooky-cute fun! 🎃 I paired the adorable kitty from the Cat Builder Die Set with the Halloween Dies Accessories to create a playful Halloween scene. The glittery orange “Happy Halloween” sentiment adds a fun sparkle, while the Halloween Basics and Halloween Meow papers bring all the festive colors and patterns together. A purr-fectly fun card for Halloween!

I’m excited to share these two Christmas cards featuring the newly released Christmas Floral Builder Stamp Set illustrated by Arita Singh from Gina K. Designs!

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

For my first card, I used the NEW Christmas Builder Stamp & Die Set.  I stamped, colored the candy canes with alcohol markers, and die cut them, arranging them into a heart shape with a bow for a festive finishing touch.  I created the striped background using the Sassy Stripes stamp set with Cherry Red ink. Master Layouts 18 was used to cut the frame, and Master Layouts 2 provided the black layer to make the design pop.

Merry Christmas Poinsettias

My second card features the beautiful poinsettias from the Christmas Floral Builders Stamp Set. I die cut and layered the poinsettias to add dimension and bring the flowers to life. I used Master Layouts 2 for the layers and added a heat-embossed sentiment, grounded with the pretty lace die from Master Layouts 18. The panel was adhered to a Passionate Pink card base, and I finished the design with pink pearls from the Pearl Mix Rainbow.

I love how these two cards showcase different ways to bring festive Christmas designs to life with the new Gina K. Designs products!

Newton's Nook Designs - September 2026 Falloween Release

Hello everyone! 

I’m excited to share a fun autumn card featuring this month’s new release from Newton’s Nook Designs! These adorable kitties and dogs are ready to celebrate fall, and I had so much fun creating these cozy autumn scenes.

Here are my cards showcasing the new release:

My first card I used the new Autumn Cats Stamp Set to create these sweet feline friends surrounded by colorful fall leaves. The Torn Edge Frames Die Set adds a lovely layered look, while the Autumn Leaves Paper Pack brings all those beautiful fall colors together.

I love how the little details, from the basket of apples to the pile of leaves, create such a warm and playful autumn feel. This new release is perfect for sending a little fall happiness to someone special!

For my second autumn card, I featured these adorable pups enjoying the fall season!  The Autumn Dogs Stamp Set paired with the Autumn Leaves Paper Pack creates a fun, festive design. I used the rounded corner stitched die from the Arched Frames Die Set and added a grassy border with the Land Border Die Set (previously released) to complete the scene.

Retro Rubber Challenge - Tic Tac Toe

Here is my take on the tic tac toe, my tic tac toe is die cut or punch, kraft paper and embossing.

I'm embracing all the beautiful colors of fall with this autumn-inspired card! I used Gina K. Designs' Falling Leaves embossing folder, paired with the Lovely Layers Maple Leaf from Honey Bee Stamps. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions called "Oh Yes You Did" which was released June 2022 (it is retired). The colorful maple leaf and glittery details make this card perfect for welcoming the fall season!

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

My first crard I created this beautiful gatefold card featuring the exclusive Life’s Best Moments stamp set, designed by Gina K. Designs for the Simon Says Stamp 2026 Collaboration.

I used the Master Layouts 13 and Glorious Gatefolds dies to create the gatefold design. For the floral focal point, I stamped and die cut the images from the Life’s Best Moments Bundle, then added color and dimension with the coordinating stencil and ink blending.

The sentiment is from the Life’s Best Moments Stamp Set. I stamped, heat embossed, and die cut it before adding it to the card front.

I love how the rich blue, soft purples, and fresh greens come together to create an elegant card that truly celebrates the sentiment: Life’s best moments are shared with friends like you.

For my second card featuring the exclusive Life’s Best Moments stamp set, designed by Gina K. Designs for the Simon Says Stamp 2026 Collaboration, I used the same supplies but created a classic A2-sized card.

I used the Glorious Gatefolds dies to create the decorative panels and layered them onto a vibrant purple card base. The beautiful floral images from the Life’s Best Moments Bundle were stamped, die cut, and ink blended using the coordinating stencil. I love how the shades of purple and green bring these gorgeous flowers to life!

I finished the card with a sentiment from the Life’s Best Moments Stamp Set, which I stamped, heat embossed, and die cut before adding it to the center of the floral arrangement. A few clear embellishments add the perfect finishing touch.

I love the sentiments in this set, I will be creating more cards with this set!  I hope you were inspired and was able to get this set, remember this is while supplies last!

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

I had so much fun creating this spooky and whimsical mini slim line shaker card! I used the STAMPtember Whimsy Stamps Owl-o-ween stamp set for the adorable owl images, coloring them with alcohol markers before die cutting them out.

For the shaker background, I used the Whimsy Stamps Mini Slim Pickens Gumdrops Die and created a cloudy night sky behind the openings. I filled the shaker with stars from my stash for a little extra sparkle and movement. The colorful plaid patterned paper from Newton’s Nook Designs adds the perfect festive touch and helps make the owls pop.

The sentiments are from the Owl-o-ween Stamp Set. I stamped and heat embossed them with white embossing powder, then die cut them for a bold finish.

I love how this card combines cute Halloween images with a fun shaker element—perfect for sending a little Owl-o-ween fun!

Here is my second card:

For my second card which is an A2 card, I used the adorable Owl-o-ween Stamp Set from Whimsy Stamps. I stamped the cute owl image and colored it with alcohol markers before die cutting it out.

For the background, I used the Whimsy Stamps Comic Burst A2 Die and created a spooky cloudy sky using the Gina K. Designs Sea, Sun and Sky Stencil. To add a little sparkle, I die cut gold glitter paper and inserted the pieces into the expressions of the Comic Burst die.

The sentiments are also from the Owl-o-ween Stamp Set. I stamped and heat embossed them with white embossing powder, then die cut them for a bold finish.

I love how the purple, gray, and gold come together to create a fun and slightly spooky Halloween scene!

Newton's Nook Designs - A Purr-fectly Spooky Halloween Card

Hello everyone!

It’s Donna Idlet here sharing this cute Halloween card.  I had so much fun creating it using the adorable kitty from the NEW Cat Builder Die Set dressing him up for Halloween! I love how all the little details came together to create this fun and festive spooky scene.

I used the Cat Builder Die Set to create the cat.  I added a witch hat from the Halloween Postage Sampler.  I added the sparkly pink collar and tag using the Cheerful Bright Glitter Cardstock.  

To give the kitty even morepersonality, I added a piece of candy corn from the Candy Corn Newton Stamp Set, he cannot wait to eat it!

For the background, I the patterned paper is from the Halloween Time Paper Pad. The bright green paper covered in black bats makes the perfect frame for the darker Halloween scene.

I created the spooky sky using the NND Clouds Stencil. Then I added the moon and stars from the Spooky Sky Die Set. The black fence was created using the NND Fence Die, which helped ground the scene and gives the kitty a fun place to sit.

To finish the scene, I added pumpkins from the Fall Friends Die Set and some flying bats from the Halloween Postage Sampler. The “Happy Halloween” sentiment also comes from the Halloween Postage Sampler.

One of my favorite parts of this card is all the dimension! I used foam tape to pop up the cat, giving it a fun 3D effect and making it really stand out from the background. I took the second photo from an angle so you can see just how much dimension the card has.

I love how this little Halloween kitty turned out. Between the bright batty background, spooky moonlit sky, pumpkins, bats, and that adorable witchy cat, this card is full of Halloween fun!

I’m excited to share these two fun and adorable cards featuring the new Otterly Delightful Stamp Set from Gina K. Designs! These playful otters made creating these cards so much fun, and I love how they capture that carefree summer feeling.

For my first card, I created the sky background using the Sea, Sun and Sky Stencil. I used Master Layouts 16 to die cut the bottom layer, added some ink splatters for extra interest, and adhered it to the card. I stamped, die cut, and colored the adorable images from the Otterly Delightful Stamp Set, then added them to the card using foam squares for dimension. I finished the card by stamping the sentiment and using the coordinating die to cut it out before adding it to the card.

For my first card, I created the sky background using the Sea, Sun and Sky Stencil. I used Master Layouts 2 to die cut the layers and adhered it to the card. I stamped, die cut, and colored the adorable image and the water puddle from the Otterly Delightful Stamp Set, then added them to the card using foam squares for dimension. I finished the card by stamping the sentiment and using the coordinating die to cut it out before adding it to the card.

I absolutely love how these sweet little otters bring so much personality to both cards. This new Otterly Delightful Stamp Set is definitely one you’ll want to add to your collection!

Retro Rubber Challenge Blog - Anything Goes

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

I love creating handmade card sets as gifts, and this set of five cards was so much fun to put together! I used the beautiful Primrose Garden Basics Collection (12x12) patterned paper from Paper Rose as the focal point for each card. The soft floral design paired perfectly with the simple, elegant sentiments.

For the sentiments, I pulled out a favorite retired Taylored Expressions set, Handlettered stamp set, which was released in 2019. I heat embossed the Just a Note sentiment in white onto a dark gray circle for a crisp contrast. The remaining sentiments are from Taylored Expressions Pop Sentiments stamp set, released in 2024.

I kept the card designs simple so the gorgeous patterned paper could really shine, adding a few scattered embellishments for a little extra sparkle. I made five cards to coordinate as a gift set—perfect for sending a little note of friendship, gratitude, or encouragement!
