Whether on the field, in the locker room, or cheering from the stands, this summer, P&G has been right there for women’s sports. 🥍At the IWG Women & Sport Global Summit P&G's Stacey Reherman and Alex Carnegie-Brown joined fellow leaders to discuss how sports build confidence, resilience, and leadership on and off the field. We also partnered with IWG's next generation of leaders, engaging interns to document and tell the story of the Summit in real time. 🏀At AT&T WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) All-Star 2026 in Chicago, fans explored the P&G Sports Lab to see how brands like Venus, Olay, and Secret help power their favorite elite athletes' performance. The Sports Lab also featured a special appearance from Indiana Fever guard and four-time All-Star Kelsey Mitchell, a P&G partner and Cincinnati native fresh off surpassing 5,000 career points. ⛹️♀️Tampax also hosted clinics and a panel session in partnership with Jr. WNBA throughout the weekend to empower and educate the next generation of athletes, working with incredible players to inspire girls to stay in the game. Though summer may be going quickly, our support of women and girls in sports continues, connecting us with passionate fans and growing our brands by meeting consumers in the moments they care about. Today on CNBC's Squawk on the Street, I discussed how our Procter & Gamble team is driving sequential growth and leveraging external changes for long-term advantage, starting with putting the consumer first in everything we do. I highlighted our Greater China team's success in revamping their go-to-market activities, accelerating innovation, and enhancing brand building – which has led to renewed sales and share growth. This is a clear demonstration of consumer first in action. I also noted how U.S. consumers, though discerning, are willing to pay for superior, value-driven products. The success of Tide's upgraded liquid formula is a good example. Furthermore, I shared some of the opportunities for faster growth in areas like health and wellness. I want to share my thanks with P&G people who are focused on building momentum and are excited about the long-term opportunities ahead to win with consumers around the world.
