Public Speaker
I help women overcome imposter syndrome and self doubt, by guiding them on their path to trusting themselves and living authentically.
Everyday, women are experiencing moments that introduce feelings of imposter syndrome. They may dout their abilities, their talents and gifts, and even their own lived stories on a regular basis. This not only stifles their voices, but it can create an avalanche of fear that prevents them from letting their lights shine.
Constance Fields is a mental health therapist, actor, and coach who shares her personal journey of surviving cancer and imposter syndrome to help audiences, overcome self-doubt, learn to trust themselves, and live authentically.
After people hear Constance speak, they will:
•Learn to keep imposter syndrome in check.
•Realize that their experiences, gifts, and voices are valid.
•Discover they can overcome life challenges and self-doubt more effectively.
•Start to trust themselves and their abilities, showing up authentically in the process.
This is perfect for people who identify as women of any age who constantly find themselves in a cycle of doubt. They often feel like their voice or story is not valid, and they want to learn to trust that they belong in the room.
