After seeing how brilliant Doodle Stitching: the motif collection is I decided I wanted the first one. As it happens I got it from my sister for my birthday. It is as amazing as the motif collection. The first one has more projects to do with the embroidery patterns whereas the second one has more embroidery patterns.
My favourite project from this book is the felt forest creatures although I love every single project.
I just came across Aimee’s blog and it is amazing. Theirs loads of tutorials and free embroidery patterns.

I recently got this book by Aimee Ray and I would definitely recommend it. It comes with 17 projects to make, over 400 easy embroidery designs and a CD so that you can resize the patterns and customize them.
This is just one of the 17 projects to make and I think its just adorable.
