Ok, well, you lost me at 'Video Call'... I don't even like to Facetime with family.
Best of luck with your project.
Regards.
Hi, I am interested.
I can cover about 50% of the skills you are looking for.
Please tell me more about this 'Entry Test' and 'Vibe Test.'
Why is " Nekojin116 " so salty ? - Maybe they failed the tests ?
I would suggest you create a new version designed for 'Property Developers'
This would have specific options and limitations. ( to be more useful for them. )
I would suggest for 'a fee' - they will get a country wide exclusive, of your technology - for 1, 2 or 3 years.
This simply means you won't sell it to their competition. No other Property Agent in the same Country.
If they are a large property developer - and they want a Multi-Country License, they pay per country and you agree not to sell your services in any country in the contract, for the specified time period. ( The money you make from the first big contract - I suggest you spend some on a lawyer to help you make better ongoing contracts. ) - and please don't forget to write me a 'small check' to say thanks !!
<My user Name> @gmail.com - Send me an email, i will send you even more ideas.
( I hope I don't get a ton of spam for this !! )
Why can't you private message - on itch ??
This is very impressive. Only one reply ? i hope you posted this elsewhere and are getting good feedback.
I think a Perfect Customer for this would be a 'Property Developer'
You would need to restrict the options to the house styles they are offering - but a potential client could click through all the options - based on the exact lot that they were considering. To better customize this for them you would need to ask for a list of 'Problems' they have - and then try to solve them.
If you want - I can look into this for you ? find you some leads ? - ( just offer me 'something' if they offer you a $$$$ deal !! )
Options:
Lock down features then click generate on any unlocked
Let people lock in what they like and 'generate' again to change things they don't.
I only spent 5 mins on this - I will come back to it - if you want to hear more.
