Disney revealed its latest robot prototype at SXSW in Austin, Texas. The child-like robot climbed out of a box onto the stage in a pair of roller skates. To help bring the robot to life, engineers used motion capture to more directly integrate the human aspects of a physical performance and add a more relatable personality to the machine.
