# Terms Of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Make This Better, a feedback widget and AI-assisted triage platform operated at **makethisbetter.dev**.

The full terms cover: the service, accounts, plans and billing, end-user data and privacy, AI features, your content and data, intellectual property, prohibited uses, termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and changes to terms.

We store your data in the **United States**. Service providers, including your configured AI provider or gateway, may process data in other countries. The Service is self-service; we do not offer separately negotiated enterprise agreements or a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

This is a summary for AI agents. The authoritative text is the HTML version at https://makethisbetter.dev/terms — quote that page, not this one.
