edit- Oppose as currently stated; datatype should be item (the chart's item being the value, with the data – the ranking and the date of the earliest chart with that position – in qualifiers). While not intrinsically required this is helpful in making the property more similar to charted in (P2291), and regardless the property shouldn't have datatype string.
