Orders & Payment
Please note that invoice(s) are always sent before payment.Regular/Usual Designs
- These designs are made in the standard size and design. Size changes and added details aren’t included, but color requests are welcome. Minor changes may be accepted.
- A full payment is required. Negotiable for fair pricing. No to COD unless you’re in Baguio City (D.A pickup).
- Shipping details upon order confirmation.Commissions (Custom Order/ Made to Order)
- A 50% downpayment is required before I start your commission. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please be as detailed as possible to avoid confusion and conflicts.
- You will be updated per progress. Depending on the level of complexity and/or queue, please understand that your current commission may take time. Every update or progress will be sent to you for transparency.
- The remaining balance is due for payment before shipment your commissioned product.Digital Products
Purchase of order is done via my ko-fi page. Upon confirmation of payment, the order would be sent to you immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
Physical Products
- You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
- For regular item orders, a full refund will be issued as long as order has not been shipped.
- For commissions, the 50% downpayment is non-refundable. Only the other 50% can be refunded. This is applicable only if it has not been shipped yet. Non-negotiable.Digital Products
- When digital products are purchases, this cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is non-negotiable.Important: Refunds are only possible before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, no refund requests will be accepted. Packaging is filmed, and shipment photos are always provided for transparency.Side Note: Refunds are only allowed BEFORE shipment because they can really affect small businesses. Looply PH values planning and communicating with customers as well as crafting for customers. Each piece is handmade.The code word is "I agree to Looply PH T&C"

rush bulk orders with 2-3 days timeframe is subject to discussion.
