Shipping Information
All physical items from Loksie Studios are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has been shipped. Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or international shipping restrictions.If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me right away so we can work on a solution together. Customer satisfaction is always my priority!
Company Policies
Payment PolicyAll payments are required upfront before work begins. For larger projects, a partial deposit may be arranged. I currently accept payments through paypal , Ko-fi, and E-Transfer. Work will not begin until at least partial payment has been received.Turnaround TimeMost smaller projects, such as art commissions and adopts, are completed within 1–3 business days. Larger or more complex orders, such as multi-view reference sheets or custom fursuit items, may require additional time. I’ll always provide an estimated completion date before starting. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.Shipping PolicyAll physical items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of completion, unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or damages caused by postal services, but I will do my best to assist in resolving any problems that arise.Refunds & CancellationsRefunds are available only before work has started.Once a digital order (art, adopt, etc.) has been completed and delivered, refunds are not possible.For physical items, refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of damage upon arrival (photo proof required).Revisions PolicySmall adjustments (such as color tweaks or detail fixes) are included in the price. Larger revisions or redesigns beyond the original request may require an additional fee.
