🐶🐱Two Little Buddies, One Big Tradition🐱🐶

The September challenge at ONE MORE PAGE is posted and it's "always any size, shape scrapbook page about ANYTHING".

Here's my 12X6 page.

Some Christmas traditions are small, but they make the biggest memories. Every year, these two little stuffed-toy buddies—a dog and a cat—come out to join the Christmas tree decorating. They’ve become a special part of our holiday tradition, and I love seeing them return to the tree year after year. I wanted to create a scrapbook page to capture these two little friends and the happy memories they bring with them each Christmas.

I kept the layout fun and festive with a bright red background, playful stars, and the title “Cute Buddies” It’s a simple page about two little decorations that have earned a special place in our Christmas memories (and even Halloween memories, they join our Jack-O-Lanterns !!) as they represent our own Zoe and Oliver (before Zoe, it was Lexi and Oliver).

Materials-Basic Grey patterned paper and stickers(lettering and stars), Sharpie marker (for faux stitching)

Purr-fect Fall Days with Oliver

The new challenge at 613 AVENUE CREATE is "anything goes OR craft/hobby".

My scrapbook page celebrates our sweet fluffy boy, Oliver, enjoying the cozy feeling of Fall. I used warm Autumn tones, plaid patterns, and textured details to create a rich seasonal background that perfectly complements his soft fur and serious little expression. The glittery title adds a fun sparkle while the distressed inking, layered papers and torn edges bring warmth and dimension to the page.

I love how this layout captures both Oliver’s personality and the comforting colors of Autumn. Sometimes all you need for scrapbook inspiration is a favorite photo of a beloved pet and the beautiful shades of the season !

Materials-cardstock, Echo Park patterned paper and stickers, Thickers letters, dollar store ric rac twine, Ranger ink distressing ink

Every season is better when shared with a cat who makes every day feel cozy.

Happy Birthday

Oliver's Ornament

I made an ornament with OLIVER, our cat's name on it and added some of his fur and, of course, glitter!! I used the Cricut to cut the letters on vinyl and stuck them to the ornament.

Elfy Christmas!

Well, I got a snow day today!!! Yup, a big snow storm began this morning and basically now a few hours later, the sun is out and shining!! It was nice to get a day off work though!!

The snow blowers are blowing and shovels are going!

But I'm taking it easy and I spent a while in my craft room. I took a few pics of Oliver as he was watching my hubby blowing snow.
