Give input for technical improvements on geoinformation

Hello, The focus area "Better support for geographic information"[1] was the winner in the survey "Technical wishes 2020" in German Wikipedia. This means the Team Technical wishes[2] will spend two years on this topic and tackle various problems in it. As a first step for this, the research for problems and needs is currently running.
