DHS funding is set to lapse this Friday at midnight. Right now, Congress is negotiating whether to keep writing checks to agencies that are operating outside the law. This is one of those moments where silence gets treated as permission and we cannot afford it. The White House and congressional Republicans want to keep funding ICE and CBP, even as these rogue government agencies escalate violence against our communities, stonewall oversight, and deny transparency when the public demands answers. Not on our watch. Tell your members of Congress – not one more cent for ICE or CBP!
