After giving birth to my daughter and struggling significantly in her first year of life, I knew I wanted to immerse myself in the birth world in order to inform, empower, and educate women on pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience.  Not with the status quo societal norms, but instead understanding how to support what your body was made to do on its own, without all the interventions we don't even realize are interventions!

When we arm women with education, provide them with support, and encourage the empowerment that comes with physiologic birth, we facilitate a healthier mother-baby dyad. As an occupational therapist, lactation counselor, and childbirth fanatic, my dream is to help you experience birth and postpartum on your terms. Your motherly intuition is there for a reason: follow it.  I’ve been an Alaskan transplant since early 2019, and currently residing off the road system with my husband, 3 year old daughter, 7 month old son, and two retired sled dogs.
