Hi, I’m Jonah Tryon (they/he) — a certified yoga teacher, holistic healer, and chronic pain-informed practitioner passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and find relief, balance, and empowerment through yoga.
I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and specialize in trauma-informed, nervous system-awareness, and chronic pain-sensitive yoga. My approach blends yogic wisdom with practical tools for modern healing. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, navigating trauma, or simply seeking a gentler, more embodied approach to movement, I’m here to support you.
