Eligibility BCMBA Tryout Player Release Form
This form must be completed, submitted, and approved prior to attending a tryout. A tryout release can only be approved one at a time. There will be NO multiple tryout releases allowed at one time. Refer to Rule 6.02 - Permission to play in an association outside the boundaries of residence. Once submitted & information verified, you will receive an approval/non approval email from the BCMBA Eligibility Committee. NOTE - Processing time is 7-10 business days.
