An Injury to One Is An Injury to All! Week Of Action In Honor Of Alex Pretti, RN & All Others Killed By ICE As frontline essential workers in healthcare, home care and the public sector, we provide care and critical services to every person we serve with humanity, dignity and compassion. Join SEIU Local 1107 members in honoring Alex Pretti and all who have been murdered by ICE, as well as demand that congress vote to immediately abolish this violent, racist, and lawless agency that poses a dire public health threat to all of our communities. Alex Pretti, an intensive care unit nurse in Minneapolis, approached his work with the same spirit and compassion that we all bring to our professions. Alex, an AFGE union member, in service to his community, was violently brought to the ground, pepper-sprayed and shot in the back multiple times by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Members of SEIU 1107 mourn the loss of a fellow care provider, union member and advocate for all.
