We acheive this by providing an affordable service focussed on what matters: effective, evidenced based rehab, provided 100% virtually to maximise flexibility and minimise costs. About us

Assessment: A 45 minute appointment to delve deeper into your running journey (inc. injuries and training). We'll then create a tailored treatment plan, including rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, gait analysis, coaching and goal setting to get you back up and running.

Follow up: A 30 minute appointment where we'll check in, review the treatment plan and make any changes. Remember, this is tailored to you. You're in control. These can be booked as and when you need, so there's no tying you down to a set number of sessions.

2) Improve speed: Identify where power might be leaking from your stride.
3) Maximise efficiency: Optimising your biomechanics will boost your efficiency and keep you running strong at the end of your race. 

STEP 1) Book in below and you will receive your information video on how to record your running.
STEP 2) Send in your running videos.
STEP 3) Your gait analysis will be completed using our specialist software and you will receive a 5-10 minute video from our physiotherapist talking you through the details and providing tips for going forward. 
STEP 4) Run to your new potential.
