We can't say enough good things about Justin! He’s been amazing with our dog. We started with a week of leash training when she was 5 months old, and then did two weeks of off-leash training when she was 11 months. Both experiences were great, and we saw huge improvements in her behavior and recall abilities.  What really stood out was that Justin does the training in his home instead of at a kennel. It made a big difference for our dog, giving her a more relaxed and realistic experience. She loved being around the other dogs, and we could tell she had a great time while learning. Now at 15 months, she’s such a well-behaved pup! Our 12 and 10-year-olds can walk her solo with no issues. She’s got her manners down, and we don’t have to worry about her pushing boundaries too often. With three kids and a lot of neighbor kids around, things can get pretty crazy, but she’s so well-mannered and always adds to the fun. Everyone loves being around her!  We’re beyond happy with the results and highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a dog trainer!

We came to Justin with a very large  and fearful Bernedoodle puppy. Justin gave us all the tools and patience necessary for our dog, Allen, to become more comfortable around others and manage his stress through a series of one-on-one lessons. We are very grateful for Justin’s tailored approach to Allen’s specific needs. We boarded with Justin for 10 days while we went on an international vacation and had no doubt that we were leaving our dog in the best hands! Allen returned with much better leash manners and Justin provided some great insight into how we can continue to help Allen manage his fear. We loved the picture and video updates we would get along the way! Thank you Justin and Right Tree Dog Training for supporting Allen through his puppyhood and giving him an amazing stay we’re sure he misses already!

We met Justin 12 years ago when we needed help with our dog, who at times would exhibit aggressive behavior towards other dogs and people. Justin helped teach us how to anticipate these moments and how to best handle them.  Sabre was transformed into a dog who could be trusted in public settings and we therefore were able to fully enjoy our outings with him without worry. Sabre loved staying with Justin while we travelled and we were confident in knowing that he was well taken care of while there.

With Justin's help, we introduced a puppy to Sabre a few years later and it went smoothly. Tug is a well behaved dog, thanks to Justin's training and instruction. He, too, is eager to stay with Justin while we travel and clearly feels safe and happy while there.  We highly recommend Justin and Right Tree Dog Training to those looking for a trustworthy, kind and effective dog trainer!
