2025-26 HSA Nominations for IRVINE UNIFIED PTA COUNCIL
PTA Council Honorary Service Awards acknowledge those who have given outstanding community service to children and youth in a community. Before completing, please review the differences in honorary service awards here. You may nominate a PTA member, volunteer, school staff, administration staff and/or an organization. Be sure to let us know how the nominee or organization has impacted more than one school. (It's not required, but important to include at this COUNCIL LEVEL!) Please be as detailed as possible; give complete name, spell out words, be descriptive. These are HSA nominations at the IUCPTA COUNCIL LEVEL only. Council pays for these awards and they are presented at the Spirit of Community in May. Unit Executive Board may coordinate HSA awards at UNIT LEVEL - capta.org.
