From our early arrival to our departure, the Team were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was not quite ready on arrival so it was suggested that we walk out of one of the hotel doors straight into the MBK Market until it would be ready. What a great suggestion and fantastic experience that proved to be. On our return we were immediately given the keycard to our room and all of our luggage had been taken up to the room. The room itself was perfect, on the 18th floor with great views, good adjustable aircon, monster beds and all the amenities that we needed. After settling into the room we went out to explore Bangkok. The hotel is perfectly placed to get anywhere either on foot or on the excellent transport system. Breakfasts in the CiTi restaurant were high quality and plentiful and ran until 1030 which was ideal for us. Checkout was quick and efficient bringing our stay to a perfect end. All in all, just what we wanted for a nice relaxing stopover before our onward flight.
This was my first stay at this hotel, and it was a very positive experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the large bathroom adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, offering plenty of options. The swimming pool is large and not overcrowded, making it perfect for relaxation. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. A major advantage is the excellent location in the heart of Bangkok, with direct access to the MBK Center shopping mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book a room here again without hesitation on my next visit to Bangkok.
Very happy with this hotel! The rooms were lovely, location perfect right next to mbk center for some shopping. The bar had good cocktails, gym was very nice (check the personal trainer for muay thai was amazing), pool was amazing and food very good (mango sticky rice is really recommended here!). The service was lovely. the receptionists helped us with all questions (special thanks to Sky, Nuch and Bam)
