OTi offers remote training that covers the entirety of your rehab from injury. It includes all aspects of life such as physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, etc. These all play a vital role in going through the rehab process and becoming an expert on yourself.

To be fully rehabbed is to be in a mental and physical state in which it’s like the injury never occurred…where your last thought when performing is about the injured area.

After reaching out via email or DM, we will have an initial phone consultation to break down your situation and decide if OTi is right for you. If you decide it is, we will have a lengthy Zoom call to dive into the most miniscule details of your current/past lifestyle as an athlete. So many answers can be found in our lowest hanging fruit and past mistakes.

We will then dive headfirst into whatever it takes to get you heading toward your goals with a full head of steam.

By the end, you will be an expert on yourself, and you will know exactly what you need on any given day no matter what gets thrown at you.
