Thank you very much for your interest in signing up as a poet for Tula ng Tiyanak - Open-Mic Poetry. There are 12 spots available for performers. We will also have limited spots available for sign up in person. You can read anything as long as it’s your work! Poetry can be in any language you’d like. This event is intended to showcase Pinxy, Pinay, and Pinoy poets. Pinxy is a term referring to non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are from or have roots from the Philippines, while Pinoy and Pinay are localized gendered terms referring to those who are from or have roots from the Philippines.
