Announcement Regarding AI Use of Images

Recently, X (formerly Twitter) introduced AI developments that allow images including artworks to be edited or reused without the owners consent. This issue has had a significant impact on the art community, raising important questions about how creative work is respected and shared. As a result, I will be taking a temporary step back from posting future artworks on public platforms including X. As a small artist still growing, this has prompted me to reconsider my workflow and approach to sharing my work.

Although I post infrequently and have ongoing IRL responsibilities, I continue to learn, create and develop art behind the scenes.

Personal commissions will remain available! Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

• Headshot — $15
• Half-body — $25
• Full-body — $75
• Extra Char — +$75
• Backgrounds — $20 (simple) / $100 (Character Splash Art Illustration)

I currently only accept payments through PayPal. Just a heads-up that PayPal takes a small transaction fee, and that part isn’t refunded if a cancellation or refund happens.




Commissions

Rules of Interaction

These help keep communication smooth and respectful during the commission process:

 Commucation 
• Please be polite and patient when messaging.
• I typically reply within 1–3 days — no need to spam for updates.
• You may politely ask for progress updates if it’s been a while.
• I might make English mistakes, so please keep it simple.
• Please provide clear references (visuals + short description or sample sketches)
• Include what type of commission you want (headshot, half-body, etc.)
• Mention the desired mood, pose, or vibe if you have one.

 Important Reminders
• Rushing or lowballing is not tolerated.
• Major changes after approval will incur extra fees.
• Do not Trace, Resell or use my work for NFT Purposes. 
• Respect creative boundaries and artistic freedom this is a collaboration, not an on-demand service.

 AI Policy
• Do not use my work to train AI or put it into AI Datasets.
• Do not Trace, Edit, or "Enhance" my work.

Terms of Service

Terms of Service (TOS)

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accept all the terms describe here:

• Once your commission is confirmed, an invoice will be issued via PayPal.
• 50% upfront is required to reserve the slot and begin the sketch.
• I accept full payment.
• No refunds once the coloring process has started.
• You must credit me when posting the artwork publicly.
• I reserved the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolio (Unless privacy is requested).
• Commissions are for personal use only.
• I will NOT draw mecha, furries, monsters, NSFW (simple swimsuit is okay), gore, or offensive themes.
• I have the right to decline any commission request.

Drawing Process

• Please note that my commissions take around 7–15 days to complete, since it   varies based on complexity and my irl responsibilies.
• I’ll share WIP's while drawing.
• Minor edits are free, big changes may cost extra.
