RSVP for "Reclaiming Pleasure"
Join SAGA, WGSSU, UCUS and NASAH for a survivor-centred workshop. This workshop aims to create a safe and inclusive space for survivors to explore what pleasure means to them, how to reclaim pleasure in their lives, and how to feel pride and empowerment in their personal pleasures. The workshop will focus on dismantling shame around pleasure, trauma-informed discussions on reclaiming joy, and cultivating self-compassion and self-acceptance. Our event will be held in the UTSU Student Commons, Room B100 on March 20th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. There will be an intermission for folks to break their fast. A prayer space is available in the building (Room 542) For any questions or concerns please contact erika.ozols@utoronto.ca For all peer support requests or concerns please contact either saga.pears@gmail.com or nasah.pears@gmail.com
