I'm Joey Antwi-Kusi, a UK McDonald's franchisee running three restaurants across Dagenham and Brentwood under Beaconstead Limited. I lead a team of nearly 300 people. One of the youngest franchisees in the UK, I built my path through project management at RBS, strategy consulting at Accenture, and a healthcare business venture before stepping into franchising. I share real, unfiltered stories on operator lessons, building bigger, and what happens behind the brand — across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I'm also a published children's book author, a lover of filmmaking and videography, and a believer in mentorship — especially for young people navigating their own pivots.
