RSVP to our monthly herb blending workshop
This month we’ll be teaching about the history and benefits of Artemisia ludoviciana (commonly known as Estafiate), a type of mugwort that is native to central texas. This herb has many medicinal benefits and is associated with the dream realm and the moon. You’ll get to touch, smell, and observe the herb in its dried and fresh form and taste an infusion to get a sense of its particular flavor and how it feels in your body. We’ll provide a handout so you can take notes. If you happen to have a relationship with her already, we’d love to hear from you too! We love a good story time. After our discussion, we’ll guide you in creating two of your own herbal blends to take home, and then we’ll end the evening sipping a relaxing Mosscap blend together. Suggested donation $20-$30. If finances are a barrier don’t hesitate to reach out! No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
