Kaitlyn is a great loan officer. Not only I didn't worry about timeline reminder during my home buying process, she also recommended different financial scenarios to easily determine what works within our budget. Kaitlyn also outsourced us to insurance companies that gave us an easy process and affordable insurance. She is easy to communicate and can be easily contacted despite time differences. There isn't enough space here to list all of the things that make Kaitlyn Kaczmar the absolute BEST mortgage broker that you will ever thank God for having the privilege of working with. She is smart, professional, prompt, honest, communicative, friendly, thorough and truly cares for her clients. The other people involved on the other side of my transaction were beyond incompetent so Kaitlyn was an absolute blessing in that she not only fixed all of their mistakes but was always three steps ahead of me in keeping us on the correct timeline and checking every i to make sure it was dotted and every t was crossed.
