I am so grateful that my first experience working with a realtor was through Encore Realty. I started looking for apartments in November 2024 and had a month to find a place in Boston. Within just two weeks, I found a cleaner apartment that looked better and had more character. Also, it was so much cheaper than my old one. So huge thanks to Encore Realty and a shout-out Mitesh Patel (my realtor) for being the absoulte best! Mitesh, if you are reading this, just know that you are the man. Thank you for always being considerate and for all the great finds!

I worked with Cameron at Encore to find a rental property during the off-season and it was a great experience. He was very organized, patient, and had great attention to detail which made me feel confident throughout the entire process. He is also very communicative and always made sure I had the information I needed. My son moved to Boston from overseas and needed to be near his college and good transit. Even though we were late to look for options, Cam showed us a handful of very appropriate apartments in our budget. One in particular ticked all the boxes. Jeremy was absolutely wonderful to work with, and did a fantastic job of explaining every step we all needed to take in the process of securing a new house to rent. I was genuinely surprised at how long in the day he made himself available to talk over phone/text/email, and was nothing but down-to-earth and approachable.
