I'm creating my own Happiness PhD. Learn with me. My name's Jackson. I'm a former startup executive, management consultant, and Zen monk. I created the world's first bachelor's in Happiness Studies and taught the first happiness course at the University of Alabama. Now I'm a full-time happiness nerd building my own PhD and Happiness Means Business where I organizations apply science-based interventions for happier work to improve operational performance (retention, engagement, compliance/safety, productivity, and innovation). Here you can expect to find practical insights and lessons from the art and science of happiness.
