Welcome to my channel! đ¤ My name is Noelle, Iâm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with foundational training in Sumitâs Hot Yoga, a dynamic blend of Bikram-style hot yoga and vinyasa flow. Iâm currently expanding my expertise by continuously studying from well-known teachers and Mindful Eating classes. My journey with yoga began as part of my healing process following a traumatic injury and anxiety. Through my own practice, Iâve discovered the profound power of movement and meditation to support both physical recovery and mental well-being. My teaching is rooted in the belief that there is a style of movement that can support each personâs unique path to balance and healing.
