PROCEDURE: 1. Unit owners/residents are required to secure a Gate Pass from the Property Management Office whenever there is a delivery or pull-out of large items that cannot be one person and for items that may obstruct the normal flow of operations in the building/s 2. The delivery and pull-out schedule will be permitted only between 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM to 12:00PM on Saturdays and case to case basis on Sundays. Deliveries to units shall be properly coordinated with the Property Management Office. 3: For mid and high-rise condominium project/s, pick-up point of all deliveries and pull-out is at the basement and must use the service elevator.
