Dr. Lina is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable and I can’t recommend her enough. You can tell that she truly wants to provide the best care possible for her patients because she takes the time to actually listen to you and isn’t dismissive. Her practice lives up to its name and is genuinely an oasis! When I saw the space for the first time (which is very cutely decorated) I immediately felt its calming and welcoming vibes. If you’re on the fence about making an appointment here do yourself a favor and call! Your body will thank you!

I started seeing Dr. Lina when I was about 20 weeks pregnant and saw her through my early weeks of post partum. We initially prepped for a vaginal birth until we had to switch gears since I was going to need a c section and she made me feel so much less anxious and more prepared. Dr. Lina helped me advocate for myself with my care team and reminded me that it was okay to feel every emotion throughout the often times challenging parts of pregnancy/postpartum. She was there for me via a messaging app in those early early PP days where I had so many questions about healing. She goes far beyond her duty as a therapist and that’s what makes her stand out. She is incredibly detail oriented and provides really specific feedback. I consider myself lucky to have had her as a PT, truly the best and I will definitely be going back to see her when the times comes for another baby!

Dr. Lina was one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of working with! After my first baby, she helped me recuperate from a severe tear and a weakened pelvic floor. She gave so much thought and care into every concern or question that I had. She did such an amazing job at helping me strengthen both physically, mentally and emotionally post partum, and she truly took a holistic approach to my health. Which meant the world to me and made a significant positive impact for my recovery. She even cared about and helped increase my confidence with getting back into exercise and regular life post partum. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lina for your pelvic floor PT both during pregnancy and post-partum, you won't regret it!! I plan to see her again before our next baby arrives!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lina! I had seen two other pelvic floor therapists before finding her, and I just wasn’t getting anywhere. From the very first visit, she made me feel completely comfortable discussing such a delicate issue.

When I first went to her, I was in severe pain. She was honest and reassuring, explaining that this wasn’t something that could be fixed overnight, but that we would work through the process together over time. And that’s exactly what she did.  I’m so happy I am feeling SO much better.

Dr. Lina is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable especially with dry needling for the pelvic floor. We also talked a lot about the nervous system, as pelvic pain is directly related to it. She was great at teaching me exercises that target the right muscles — whether to strengthen them or help them relax. She helped me understand my body in a way no one else had, and thanks to her, I’ve made tremendous progress.

I’m now at a point where I don’t need to see her as often, which is amazing — but I truly miss our sessions because she’s not only a great therapist, but she’s like a friend too!

If anyone is struggling with pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, or pregnancy-related pelvic floor issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lina. She’s truly the best!
