I placed an order on Dec 18. By mid January 2026 still nothing happened with the order. They kept saying they waiting for a response from supplier. Then 26th January I cancelled my order and now still waiting for my refund. They keep on blaming the financial services. And the best is, if I don’t reach out to them first nothing will be said from their side. Still hoping this is not a scam and I hope I get my money back (mind you it was a lot). Please be careful buying from connected devices. So not trustworthy.

I receive my Device without any issue. There was slight delay. This is my second cellphone I bought from them.
My big issue currently with connected devices is that it is impossible to contact them. I'm in desperate need for my invoice to do my VAT claims. E-mails go unanswered for weeks and their number does not work. The message on the website of technical issues can't be that difficult to sort out. Put up a temporary cellphone number and contact your clients.

Don't bother ordering from this company, and if you do just read through the reviews from the past year on here and other platforms like Facebook and Hellopeter to know the battle you'll be getting in for.

For those that did not receive their refund after the claimed 10 working days I'd suggest getting in touch with a lawyer to recover your money. I'd also suggest opening a complaint with the NCC (can be done online) as they are violating the Consumer Protection Act. Once the NCC catches onto them they can be fined for any violations.
