This channel is my creative outlet! Many of my ideas come to me while I am on my daily walks so much of this channel's content is behind the scene. I am the founder and CEO of Confident Strides. In addition to being a YouTube creative, I am a podcast host, public speaker and business leadership and lifestyle coach. In 2020, I created a podcast called “Coffee with T”. It is a 20-minute conversational interview ranging from personal development to business strategy. The "Coffee With T" podcast is now it's own separate channel.
