What information do I need to establish a website project?

You'll be needing a domain name, feature requirements and a goal to establish a website project. Generally we'll guide you through the process while we also perform KYC to determine whether we can accept the project.

As website pricing is very wide-ranged and highly depending on the specific features needed, it's much efficient if you also share your desired budget for your project.

Question 2

I'm not a business but an influencer, can I still get a website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however if you intend to charge money or make revenue through the website, depending on your location, you may be required to present a business registration.

Question 3

Do you support geographical traffic control?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can specifically block certain locations from accessing your website. In fact you can also block by ASN, IP, network provider names, and by specific technical metrics and logics. The traffic control is fully customizable.

Question 4

Can you guys migrate my website from another hosting provider?

Accepted Answer

Surely, simply sign up with us, and provide us with the credentials from your old provider and we'll handle the rest.

Question 5

Do I have to buy domain from you as well?

Accepted Answer

No, customers are strongly advised to keep hold of their domains at all times. Domains are best purchased directly or pointed nameservers to Cloudflare when using our services. In case assistance is needed, we are able to help purchase domains at cost on behalf of customers. Domain ownership is with customers' Cloudflare account.

What framework do you use for customized websites?

We use Laravel 12 or above for any websites that are above WordPress plans. Laravel is designed with MVC and sustainability in mind, providing exceptional customizability and developer-friendly maintenance experience, enabling us to service your website better over a very long period of time, even when adding more features in the future.

Question 7

My KYC was rejected during quotation stage, may I know why?

Accepted Answer

KYC are in place to prevent rare cases where entities in concern having a perceived intention to endanger our customers and our own business, or is currently of, or coming from a location that is under global sanctions. For the very same reason we generally do not specifically mention the reason for rejecting a quotation request. However the category of the reason is disclosed: either entity background, risk, sanction or others.

Question 8

Can I obtain source codes for my website?

Accepted Answer

For WordPress and static websites, surely, you can always migrate website to and from our hosting services. Plugin that are developed by us may or may not be included depending on plugin license nature.

For Laravel or custom websites, we do not provide source codes due to product development nature, you can always export a copy of your data at any time, or a static version of the website upon termination.

Question 9

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

Projects with grand total over $20k HKD can be paid in 50/50 initially and prior to launching. Projects size that falls below will have to be fully paid before commencing. Special approved entities and businesses that goes through compliance-related procurement process maybe exempt from this requirement on a case to case basis.
